What to expect:
In this 1 hour session we will guide you into deep relaxation. The resonating sounds of Crystal bowls and guided hypnotherapy are an invitation for you to experience a deeper state of peacefulness. To release tension and provide an opportunity to unplug from external world, to take time to just focus on you.
