SOUND BATH: Activating self healing with guided meditation

What to expect:

Sound Baths are a deeply immersive, full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture mind, body and soul.

The experience begins with a short explanation of what the therapy is and what to expect, the attendant lying down or sitting down, experiences different sounds and frequencies. The sounds are created by a variety of instruments including, crystal singing bowls, drums, rain stick, tingshas, Tibetan singing bowls.

The sounds introduced during a sound bath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going on with you, as well as inviting you to deep rest and relax and explore self discovery and self healing.
